Unceasing prayer is one of the core values here at Restoration Church and we have several opportunities for you to get involved. James 5:17 promises, “The prayer of a person living right with God is something powerful to be reckoned with.” Join in on one of these weekly opportunities: 

Sundays 9:15am-9:45am, Prayer Room- Bruce Roberts

Tuesdays6-7 pm, Congregational Worship and Prayer, temporary location during Sanctuary construction- Room #206– Pastor Chuck

Thursdays 10am-12:30 pm, Ladies Prayer, Bldg. 200, Room #208– Paula Jennings

Saturdays 9-10 am Congregational Prayer, Sanctuary- Pastor Chuck 

No regular Children’s or Student Ministries so everyone can participate in the party. Nursery care will be available for kids birth through age 3-1/2 but older kids will participate in the party with their parents.

operation christmas childadditional opportunities to serve

Volunteer to greet and pray with our community as individuals, business, ministries and churches drop off their shoeboxes to us during the remaining days of National Collection Week, November 16-23. Please click here to email Angie Mitchell and she will find a day/time that fits your schedule. Remaining days/Hours: Saturday, 9-10a, Sunday, 1-3p, Monday, 10a-12n. Please arrive 30 minutes before the stated time for training and prayer. We are also in need of some “strong backs” to load the nearly 2000 boxes we have collected into a truck for transport on Monday, 11/23 from 12n-1pm.

Click here to join us in serving at the Operation Christmas Child Atlanta Processing Center, Monday, November 30, 7-10 pm. Be a part of carefully inspecting shoebox gifts at one of our regional processing centers! It’s the last stop before international shipment. And it’s a blast to serve together as we have a direct part in blessing children overseas with the Gospel of Jesus Christ! We will meet at church at 6 pm and travel together in the church van. buy a tree, change a life

New this year, we are partnering with Buy a Tree Change a Life, a ministry dedicated to helping children globally and locally through volunteer mobilization by way of an annual Christmas tree sale. The tree sale will begin on Friday, November 27 and continue until we are sold out.

wednesday adult class beginning december 2– habits of discerning people

Living in a complicated, information-driven world requires believers to be discerning. In a world of media frenzy and flying prophecies, where is the truth? Join Pastor Munn on December 2, 9 and 16 to discuss: How do we walk in wisdom and discernment? How do we judge a word of prophecy? How do we interpret Scripture in truth? How do we the Bible is real and valid?
