Join us every Wednesday between 5:30-7 pm for a delicious family meal in the Building 100 lobby. This week’s menu: Hearty chili with all the toppings (cheese, onions, sour cream and Fritos), garlic toast and dessert. Adults- $6, Children- $4

This Wednesday November 17, we will begin with our regular Family Dinner between 5:30-7 pm. Immediately following the meal, children, students and adults will move to the sanctuary for a video overview of Operation Christmas Child and instructions for the Packing Party.

Operation Christmas Child

It’s never too early! The mission of Operation Christmas Child is to provide God’s love in a tangible way to children in need around the world, and together with the local church worldwide, to share the Good News of Jesus Christ. Click here for more details about this ministry.

We will be collecting toys, school supplies, toiletries, and other kid-friendly items from now through November 17. Items can be placed in the collection bins in the lobby of Building 100 or Building 200. Click here to check out the types of items we are looking for or click here to shop online from our Amazon Wish List and have your items sent directly to the church!

We are also looking for volunteers to serve with us during National Collection Week. Restoration Church will be a community drop-off center for our area. You will have an opportunity to meet and engage with our community as individuals and groups bring their shoeboxes to us during designated drop-off hours in the week of November 15-22. We are expecting up to 2000 boxes to be dropped off at our building. Sign up sheets are on the front lobby table or click here to sign up.

House of Cherith Ministry Opportunity

Attention Ladies: You are invited to join us on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 3:45pm. We depart Restoration Church to travel together to the City of Refuge where House of Cherith is located. We will provide a meal, for the residents of the four homes, and encourage and bless the brave women who are survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation and reside at the House of Cherith as they walk out their recovery. Our next visit will be on December 9.
