ALIVE TO SERVE
read more
Peter Wagura – Founder
Started in 2014, Alive to Serve is based in Tana River County, North Coast of Kenya. Through this community-based organization, we have been ministering in schools through platforms like supplying sanitary towels to the needy kids, feeding the elderly and the forsaken, sponsoring orphans to have education, coordinating peace campaigns in troubled areas, helping victims of tribal/religious conflict, and much more. Through this organization we have trained children ministers in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Muslims in Kenya invest a lot in children ministry in order to secure the future of their religion. Many churches have neglected children ministry: no budget, no triaging of children workers, no children conferences. We are doing our part and praying others will do their part.
